Challenge #109 at Kenny K's Krafty Krew

Hello everybody! For those of my readers in the U.S., Happy Labor Day! I can't believe September is here already and that Halloween is just around the corner now! I swear that the later in the year it gets, the faster the hands on the clock are moving! I'm having my 3rd and final garage sale this weekend, trying to get rid of the last bit of stuff that I have decided to get rid of. I have had to make some very difficult decisions with regard to what I should keep and what I should sell/discard. I never thought I could get to this point but I'm pleased to say that so far, I have stuck to my plan.

This week marks the start of another new challenge at Kenny K's Krafty Krew and this week Team A is providing the inspiration for the theme, Back to School. For my card, I used Kenny's digi stamp called "Freshman" and you can purchase her here.

This next 2 photos show the inside of the card.

Be sure to visit the Krafty Krew blog to see what my illustrious teammates have created for your viewing pleasure. I took a quick peek and their projects are fabulous!!

That's it for this week. Tomorrow is the last day of my garage sale and I'll be so glad for it to end. Let me tell you that August/September is NOT the optimal time to have a garage sale in Texas!! It was 100 degrees today and 107 when I had my last sale. I drink about a gallon of water or more a day just to stay hydrated but it's a necessary evil for me because other than donating everything and not making a penny from it, it was the only other option. It's helping finance my relocation though so it's worth the discomfort and the back-breaking effort.

Have a wonderful week, everyone! I'll be back soon with another post.  Until next time....

Happy crafting!
